The typical term length is 1 year. However, if you are looking to manage expenses over a longer period, options for a 2- or 3-year contract can be offered. If you are confident about the vendor’s services, a multi-year contract can save you money and give you peace of mind knowing you can reliably budget your HVAC service costs.

  1. WHEN WILL I BE ASKED TO PAY?

Typically, payments are made after each maintenance visit is completed. However, options to pay at different intervals for budgeting purposes can be accommodated.
