Clogged Drains
A majority of our service calls are related to slow-draining and/or clogged drains. Over time, fats, oil, grease, and other materials accumulate in drain pipes, eventually causing clogged drains. Our cable machines are effective at removing this build-up in the pipes, as well as build-up in shower, lavatory, and floor drains.
The second most common type of drain clog is in the main sewer line. When the sewer line becomes clogged, it affects every drain in the building. When this happens, there will be a gurgling sound in the toilet. Water will begin to back-up at the lowest plumbing fixture. Our plumbing personnel are equipped to clean main sewer lines inside or outside the building. We may perform a video inspection in conjunction with the clearing process to identify the problem areas causing the blockage.
